Term 4 and we just did a maths test and what as just above averge algebra and estamation we have been working on these for the past week if you dont know how to do any of these topics then look at these slides then hopefully they will explain.

Term 3 Week 7 work book

This week for math we have been doing algebra but we also work with Miss Power in our math groups and what comes with our groups is work books.  We have to complete these every week this week as you guessed we are doing algebra here is a little sneak peak of what we are doing in the work book. Did you get that, some of those are pretty hard.

Coordinates

 Hi there marlin here with more maths DLO's and this time its about coordinates. Coordinates are things like if you have a square with on the x axis you have a-g grid and on the y axis is 1-7 and you wanted to mark the middle of that square you would say d-4 and you would hit the bulls eye. Enlargement

 Hi its Marlin again this week we've been doing enlargements for maths. At the start we started using ordinary shapes and enlarged them by mostly 2 - 4  squares bigger. But in week 4 we got a cartoon character and printed it to an A4 piece of paper and drew 1x1 cm squares on it, seen how many squares  it took up on the y and x axis and then divided that number by the A2 piece of paper length (59cm) and width  (42cm) and then enlarged it by that amount. my cartoon character was PAC Man.
